About WELLFLOW
Who we are
WELLFLOW is a wellness intelligence company. We design instruments that show where a life is leaking energy — not which personality type someone is. Our first product, WF-IWI™ (WELLFLOW Integrated Wellness Instrument), maps eight life dimensions so a person, a coach, or an HR lead can see the gap between what matters and what is actually lived.
We work from Seoul and ship at wellflow.kr. The audience we build for is the same one we write for: coaches, counselors, people in organizations, and anyone who needs a clearer starting point than a vibe or a label.
Vision
Wellbeing advice is everywhere. Measurement that a practitioner can sit with in a session is not. We want wellness to be as readable as a simple map: eight dimensions, one gap that is pulling the rest, and a next conversation — not a diagnosis, not a content feed.
Longer term, WELLFLOW is the layer between lived experience and the people who help: a shared language for clients, coaches, and teams, with the instrument staying self-awareness first and clinical claims out of scope.
What we are good at
Our expertise is measurement for use, not a textbook reprint. Items are original to WF-IWI™ and informed by peer-reviewed well-being science. Scoring looks at importance versus satisfaction so the output is a priority, not a flattering average.
The full report is built for a coaching hour: domain notes, cross-patterns, exploration prompts, a suggested direction. Practitioner licensing authorizes commercial client use. Professional briefings go out as the Dimension Report — a separate channel from consumer email.
Research plan
WELLFLOW's research program treats WF-IWI™ as a living instrument: the same eight dimensions, tighter evidence, and clearer guidance for the people who use it in practice.
We will expand de-identified, aggregate datasets to establish dimension norms and cross-pattern models — where gaps cluster, and which combinations most often stall wellbeing. With practitioner partners we will run structured pre/post protocols so change across a coaching engagement is recorded on the same eight-dimension scale.
Next phases include organizational cohort analysis for HR and wellness leads; reliability and construct work as the sample grows, with versioned item and weight updates; and professional publications and briefings that translate findings into session-ready language. Individual reports remain private. Insight shared externally is aggregate only.
How WF-IWI™ measures
Version 1.0 is 43 items (8 importance + 35 satisfaction), usually 12–18 minutes. Eight dimensions: Body & Energy, Mind & Recovery, Relationships & Connection, Work & Achievement, Growth & Exploration, Meaning & Purpose, Finance & Environment, Self-Exploration. Satisfaction is averaged in-domain; gaps flag high importance with lower lived experience. The useful object is the gap map. WF-IWI™ is not a medical or diagnostic device.
