WELLFLOW operates wellflow.kr. This page describes data we collect when you take WF-IWI™, unlock a report, join a waitlist, or write to us.

What we collect

Name and email when you submit an assessment or a form. Item responses and computed scores for that assessment. Payment identifiers from Stripe if you unlock a report or subscribe. Optional marketing or waitlist emails you choose to give us. Messages you send through Contact (email, topic, and body).

How we use it

To generate your preview and report, send transactional email (Brevo), process payment (Stripe), improve the instrument in aggregate, and answer support. We do not sell personal data or use assessment answers to target ads.

Processors

Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase. Email: Brevo. Payments: Stripe. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 on wellflow.kr (and a separate property in development). Internal operations alerts (for example completed assessments or Contact submissions) may be posted to a private Discord channel for the WELLFLOW team — not for advertising.

Access and retention

Your report is reached through your assessment link, not a public directory. We keep assessment records as long as needed to show your results and meet accounting or legal duties, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to correct or delete personal data via the Contact page.

Cookies

Essential cookies run checkout and the site. GA4 may set analytics cookies in production. You can block analytics in your browser; the assessment will still work.
